More rubbish dumped on council land and against my property

Kevin chapman at no4 middle path is running a waste collection business from his council rented property. I thought this was a big no no . He has advertised on Facebook for loads to be collected, dumps it in the garages and then gets the council to clear it

  • 3 months , still not cleared , council turned up took sofa and left everything else , pretty unbelievable as it is clearly visible
