Street sign damage

Street sign fell off and had to reposition onto our fence..1 Foxglove Road Stamford PE9 4BW. Possibly straighten posts up if using them , last time don’t think he had a level as in photo. As existing posts are firm and still in position they could pose a risk as there are no street lights at night. This was previously reported on fix my street but nothing has been done.
