Loose fasteners on swing.

Large green swing in the Wild Witham Play area has several loose fasteners on it. No categories available for reporting Parks or equipment problems so I've used whatever I can to get this information to you. This swing is often used by multiple children simultaneously and if it fails during this activity, there will be a liability nightmare for you. It shouldn't take much to rectify this, but maybe use a bit of loctite on the threads of the fasteners as well as stiff nuts, because it looks like the stiff nuts alone aren't cutting it.👍🏻

  • I was informed that this had been fixed, but when I checked the swing, it had not been fixed, so I reported it again. I haven't been to check it since. I will do so the next time I am in the park with the young lad we look after sometimes.
